Aasta Tech Co., Limited ("we") respects the privacy of the people we deal with and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

What we collect

This website has no forms and does not ask you for personal data. When you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

Whether you must provide it

Giving us personal data is voluntary. If you do not give us the details we need, such as your name and a way to contact you, we may not be able to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or deliver an order.

How we use it

We use these details to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, and provide after-sales support. We will not use your personal data for direct marketing unless you have given your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, by emailing us.

Who we share it with

Where needed for these purposes, we may share your details with suppliers that fulfil or ship your order, and with our service providers, such as our email provider and website host. Some of them are located, or store data, outside Hong Kong, including in mainland China. We do not sell personal data.

Website data, cookies and maps

We do not use cookies or analytics tools of our own. Our website host, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site against automated traffic, and processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google; when it loads, Google may collect data and set cookies under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Technical logs kept by our website host are retained under its own policies.

Access and correction

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you. Write to Aasta Tech Co., Limited (attention: Privacy), Room 2, 3/F., Ruby Commercial Building, 480 Nathan Road, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong, or email aasta.tech.co@gmail.com. We will respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires.
